Saskia  (recorder and viol) and Erik (viol and percussion) both play in Camerata Trajectina. For almost 35 years the ensemble has specialised in music from the 17th century.  They have made over 30 cd’s and toured the world playing many concerts.

For many years, Saskia also played the recorder and the viol in the group Brisk.  Erik is also a music producer.


About the course

This course is for advanced recorder, harpsichord or continuo players who would like to spend four to five days enjoying trio sonatas. With the luxury of two tutors between 12 players, the timetable can be very flexible and will vary according to the needs and wishes of those attending.

The course will start at 11.00am on Thursday 18th May and finish after lunch on Monday 22nd May.

The early part of each afternoon is free for relaxation, exploring Lyme Regis or informal playing.  Bed and breakfast is available for £20 per person on the night of Wednesday 17th May for anyone who wants to arrive early.


Prices are as follows:

Single occupancy    £580

2 players, sharing    £440 each

Couple sharing, one playing    £710

A £75 deposit is required per person on booking, with the balance to be paid at least one month before the course.
