Before you come
Gifted Young Players

Please check these terms and conditions carefully, as they will apply from the date when the course is booked and the deposit paid.


During the Covid-19 pandemic, our standard cancellation policy does not apply.

  • If you are unable to attend the course due to Covid-19, all amounts paid will be refundable
  • If we have to cancel a course due to Covid-19, all payments will be refunded in full, but we will not be liable for any travel or other costs you may have incurred

During the pandemic our cleaning and other costs have gone up significantly, so we are charging a £10 per head levy as a contribution towards these extra costs, on top of the normal course fee.


A deposit of £90 per person is required.  Your deposit is a first instalment and is not refundable.  

We will send you an email to confirm your place soon after receiving your deposit.  This will confirm the cost of the course and the balance to pay.  If there is a problem with a booking we will let you know as soon as possible.

Please let us know of any players of a suitable standard who you think might be interested in any of our courses.

Balance of fees

The balance of payment is due at the latest one month before the start of the course.  If payment is not received in time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please let us know if you expect a delay in making your final payment.


You can pay by cheque or bank transfer.  Please ask for details.


If you have to cancel your booking, please let us know by email as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective from the date your email is received or if you don’t pay the balance on time.  To be fair to all, we may make a cancellation charge as follows:

-      The deposit is not refundable if the booking is cancelled by you for any reason.

-      If you cancel less than two months before the start of the course, the balance of 75% of the course fee must be paid in full.

-      If you cancel less than one month before the start of the course, the balance of 100% of the course fee must be paid in full.

There will be no cancellation charge, except the non-refundable deposit, if it is possible for your booking to be transferred to someone else who satisfies all the conditions of booking and is of an equivalent playing standard.

If a tutor has to cancel we will find a suitable substitute, if possible.

If we have to cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund (including your deposit)

Other changes

Everyone will be charged for the full course fee; no reductions can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of the course.
