About the course

This course is designed for players who can play all sizes of recorder (descant to bass) and are proficient at sight reading (grades 4-6).  There will be a mixture of music from different eras and the objective is to have fun exploring this variety of music in a friendly, supportive and encouraging atmosphere.  There will be a focus on the skills of ensemble playing and recorder technique.

The timetable is flexible and will vary according to the needs and wishes of those attending.  The course will start with coffee at 4.00pm on Monday and will finish with lunch on Thursday.   The early part of Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons are free for relaxation, exploring Lyme Regis or informal recorder playing.
